Every Tatreez piece is made to order. That means when you place your order, your piece does not yet exist. It will be made — for you, after your order, with your name behind it.
This is not a limitation. It is a choice. And it is one of the most important things that defines who we are.
Why Made to Order?
The greatest jewellery houses in the world have always operated this way. When something is made specifically for you, it carries a different weight — not just physically, but in meaning. You are not picking something off a shelf that a thousand others have handled. You are commissioning a piece.
Made to order also means we never overproduce. There is no warehouse of unsold pieces. No discounting at the end of a season. No compromise on quality to meet a production quota. Every piece that exists was made because someone wanted it.
What to Expect
After you place your order, your piece enters production. Our craftspeople work with precision and care — the motifs are intricate, the metalwork is detailed, and we do not rush.
Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date of your order to the date your piece arrives. This includes production time and international shipping.
We know that waiting is not easy when you have found something you love. But we believe the wait is part of the experience. The piece that arrives has been made for you. It has never been worn by anyone else. It is entirely, exclusively yours.
A Note on Gifting
If you are ordering as a gift, we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before the occasion. Every piece arrives in Tatreez's signature gift packaging, ready to present exactly as it arrives.
